Kick off the 37th Annual Vancouver Pride Season.
A day full of games, artisans and culinary delights! Stage performances by local bands, Improv, an East Van fashion show, and some of the East Side’s top drag performers will dazzle. Rose Butch, recent winner of the Mr/Mrs Cobalt Drag Competition will host.
The East Side Pride Market offers a chance to take in the work of local artisans and learn more about community groups and services, including HIM, Out on Screen, Qmunity, Vancouver Latin LGBT Community, and Vancouver Coastal Health LGBTQ2+ services. Check out 17 food vendors.

BYOB: Bring Your Own Bike! AMS Bike Co-op are providing a one stop shop for bike related questions, tutorials on bike mechanics, and basic tune-ups by donation.
Keep on queering at the 19+ official after party, Man Up: Queer on Queer!
Grandview Park, like all of Vancouver’s parks, is completely accessible. Shade tents will be provided beside cement pathways for those with mobility issues. ASL interpreters and a signing area will be provided by the B.C. Rainbow Alliance for the Deaf. For more information at the festival site–including braille copies of the Pride Guide–come visit VPS volunteers at the Accessibility Tent.
**Trans and Gender-Diverse Community Zone**
Connect with other Trans and Gender Diverse community members in a welcoming and fun environment! The shade tent will be accessible from a paved pathway.
**Safety**
Dress for the weather! If it’s a hot one, bring a hat and sunglasses, wear sunscreen, and drink water plenty of water.
Respect everyone! Don’t assume anyone’s gender or pronouns. If you are not sure, ask!
