WESA Hits Home Run with Philanthropy

$10,000 Donation to Five LGBTQ2 Organizations

What better way to celebrate going into its 40th season in 2018, than supporting LGBTQ2 organizations with donations raised during the 2017 season.

Founded in 1978 with just four teams of gay and lesbian sports minded, and fun loving people, has grown to support 18 league teams with a diverse adult membership numbering over 260.

Softball is WESA’s sport, and community building is their social aim. WESA fosters bonds in the community, develops and promotes true sportsmanship, and raises funds for local LGBTQ2 charitable organizations.
