Davie Village, Jim Deva Plaza: Vancouver Pride Week Highlights

Pride week in Vancouver: 39th Annual Pride Parade, Festival, and All Week Events to check out in Davie Village.  There are plans to put up a fun activity set at south end of Jim Deva Plaza. HFOUR will set up a special art installation in the plaza for all to enjoy.  As specialists in art, design, technology, and storytelling, HFOUR provides unique experiences.

Official City of Vancouver Pride Week Proclamation and Launch event at Jim Deva Plaza.

Mayor Robertson will officially proclaim Pride Week in Vancouver.  Starting time 11:30 AM

The Mayor will present the proclamation to the Vancouver Pride Society.  Join the Mayor and city councilors, the Vancouver Pride Society, distinguished guests, and the community as Pride Week officially begins in Vancouver.

Davie Street Party

Staring at 6 PM to Midnight, the Street Party takes over Davie Village between Burrard and Jervis.

Always a packed affair with blocks of entertainment, vendors, displays, community groups and so much more. There will be two stages. The Celebrities Stage will be at the Burrard end of Davie Village and a second stage will be at Davie and Jervis. RFID key chains for drink purchases will be available. Terry Wallace Memorial Breakfast

The 39 th Annual Vancouver Pride Parade starts at noon at Thurlow and Robson Street, moves down Robson to Denman, where it turns south and follows Denman to Beach Avenue and onward to the Sunset Beach, site of the Sunset Beach Festival. link: Vancouver Pride Society

Sunset Beach Festival

Starting at 11 AM. The annual Sunset Beach Festival brings together thousands of people for a day of fun events. Vendor Village, Family Fun Zone, Beer Garden, and an incredible lineup of top performers on the Main Stage.
