Grandview Park, East Vancouver
East Side Pride will be held on June 24 th at Grandview Park (Commercial Drive and Charles Street). The all ages family friendly event starts at 12 noon and runs till 6 pm. East Side Pride recognizes this event takes place on unceded territories of the Squamish, Musqueam and Tsleil-Wauthuth peoples.

Rose Linda Siccama – vocals: a Northern Tutchone singer, songwriter, musician, poet and artist, with origins of Dené, Northern Tutchone, Gwi’ichan & Louchioux. Her ancestry lies in the land now known as the Yukon Territory.
Rose has been creating & living on Coast Salish Territory, aka Vancouver, BC for over 25 years, making music and art with some of Canada’s finest musicians, including openings and headlining with 2012 Juno award-winner Murray Porter, multi-award winner, 2013 APCA and 2014 Juno recipient George Leach, and many other stellar artists.
Carousel Scene
Carousel Scene is the pursuit of experimentation and evolution. With a broad spectrum of musical backgrounds, the band wants to bring their influences together in creating intricate electro-pop. Already, the four have played at multiple Vancouver venues together as Carousel Scene and have also placed third in Live Agency’s Best In Vancouver 2015 competition. They hope to debut this new Carousel Scene at future shows and with a new EP later this year.

The stage will showcase a variety of acts all day. Watch drag performances and more. Also scheduled to hit the stage are Michelle Joly and Scizzor Fairy .
Take time to check out the Vendor Village, enjoy some food and meet community groups and partners. The event is easily accessible by transit, will have multi gender accessible washrooms and ASL interpretation will be provided at East Side Pride. East Side Pride is a Sober Event.
